It was a pity I couldn’t add this to my multi bike policy and it took a few phone calls but we got there in the end.

I’ve been suffering in silence so thought it was time to tell what this company is really like. I was crashed into by another driver, into the rear of my motorcycle. They wanted to pick up my bike but this was going to take 2 weeks + and then assess it which was going to take another 2 weeks. So basically I was going to loose my bike for three months. Why don’t they employ more staff at busy times. They are just after profit full stop. The issue is that there bike mending services are overwhelmed so I had to repair my bike myself as they weren’t offering a reasonable service . Managers are going to be pleased that there 2 day pick up service was going to take 2 + weeks. Pol no ZN 012 ***e

Bennett’s really understand bikes, bikers and biking. Their policies cover everything you need, including things like aftermarket exhausts, tail tidies and riding in Europe, as standard so you don’t need to think of anything really. Pleasure to deal with on the phone too.

Having phoned to change my bike policy from one bike to a new one the lady asked how much money I earned which I thought was rather personal and none of your business, so she refused to help me further and I had to cancel policy at a cost of £50 and take out a new policy where the question of earnings was never mentioned

Not cheapest but went with Bennetts due to recognizing name. Disappointed that website would not allow pay monthly and said my account details were wrong? Had to pay full amount and then 5 days later when v5 arrived tried to assign private plate and only way to do it was to contact them, and then charged £32!!!! Disgusting
